Connecting Google Workspace

Connecting your Google Workspace organization to Bamboozle SaaS Security enables scanning of Gmail, Google Drive, and shared files for threats and policy violations.

Before you start

You will need a Google Workspace account with Super Admin privileges to complete the connection.

Connecting Google Workspace

1. Log in to https://cyberprotect.bamboozle.me.
2. Click SaaS Security in the left sidebar.
3. Click Add source then select Google Workspace.
4. Click Connect with Google.
5. Sign in with your Google Workspace Super Admin account.
6. Review and accept the permissions requested.

7. Once connected, the Google Workspace organization will appear under Sources with a status of Connected.

Selecting what to protect

1. Click on the connected Google Workspace source.
2. Toggle on the services you want to protect:
   • Gmail — scans inbound email for phishing and malware
   • Google Drive — scans files stored in Drive for malware
   • Shared Drives — scans shared team drives
3. Click Save.
